Great Item BUT Product Received without Copy

Production on this item including shipping was 2 weeks. Upon receipt, the item had no copy. The design was submitted with copy on the front, inside right and back. Clearly there was no quality control during production to check design against print. I spoke to support immediately after receiving, and while the error in production was acknowledged, and a re-print was arranged, no explanation was given as to why/how this could have happened. Furthermore, the new batch was going to take another 2 weeks to receive. There was no effort to expedite the re-order. We have product waiting to be shipped in our new packaging. ASK FOR THE PRODUCTION TEAM TO VERIFY DESIGN BEFORE PRINTING. While I recommend this product, I am sceptical that any design I submit will arrive the way it was submitted.
