Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the overall quality and clarity of the cards, but we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the white edge you noticed. After reviewing your order, we found that the design was not fully extended to the bleed area, which is why a small white edge appeared on the final print despite the previews looking correct. This can occasionally happen if the background doesn’t extend past the trim line, even when the 360° preview appears fine.
To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve processed a replacement at no cost to you under the same order number. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the cards you originally received. We also appreciate your note about the card size.
