Embroidery is off centre

I am very disappointed that the embroidery on the hat is off centre and looks like there was an error. If this is how it needed to be produced, I believe I should have seen a revised proof.

Fit is mostly comfortable and the black colour is deep. Some unexpected itchiness in front. My design had some fine lines that weren't perfect, but I sort of expected it. Stitching job was pretty good. Overall satisfied.

Symbol and lettering where not centered in the panel to the side. Nice hat though

Hats are good quality but shipping is another story

I've been ordering these hats for awhile they're great, you may get the odd stray thread but burn off with a lighter quick and your good. . Although the shipping method i guess they had sent a hat in a envelope, the bill and fabric sat too long in the position and ended up all crumply. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence for cheap shipping or an error on Vistaprint's end
