We are truly sorry to hear the design on the blanket didn't turn out as expected. We want to make this right and will be processing a free replacement order for the blanket to arrive soon. An email with the new order number will be sent to you. Upon reviewing your account, we found that your original order was placed for a design request to edit the design on the blanket, as well as a blanket with the original unedited design. Please note, the design request should be submitted first, then once that is completed you can go ahead and place the order for the blanket. Both should not be in the same order as our system is fully automated and will print your design as is. We trust this will be helpful.
